There seems to be a problem with Adobe Flash Player. It may not be installed, or a browser setting or Flash blocker plugin may be disabling the Flash Player.

Try the following solutions:

● Install Flash Player by visiting the Adobe website

● Consult your browser’s documentation for information about turning off its flash blocker and enabling Adobe Flash Player

● Add www.e-cap.net to your browser’s whitelist of trusted sites

● If you are using a network at an organization, confirm with your IT department that a firewall is not blocking Flash or Port 1935.
